MORIARTEA is a personal project that I created in late 2020. To keep my mind moving, I challenged myself to create a small business focused on a specific niche.

As a long time Sherlock (BBC) fan, I knew that I wanted to start here. I spent hours learning about MVPs, target audiences, niches, and more using Google and Youtube. I browsed other e-commerce sites like Redbubble and looked through t-shirt designs on Pinterest. I even spent a bit of time rewatching Sherlock (you know, for research). I turned to procreate to sketch a few hand-lettered designs and posted them, along with a fun blog post section on Shopify, and the rest is history.
